Commerce Towers is a 30 story building that was largely used for office and retail purposes prior to renovation.  The building was converted to 68 studio apartments, 127 one-bedroom units, 100 two-bedroom units and nine penthouses on the top floor (295 units in all).  Our scope of work was entirely rough carpentry related and included installation of cabinets, doors/frames/hardware, wood trim, Mincey Marble shower surrounds and blocking/backing.  The unit’s were marketed as luxury condo’s, and thus our scope of work was held to those high standards.
